New Year, New post, New clothes

 Here it is, 2014! I feel that it will be a great year and I am very eager to start working on my projects.
They say you should wear new clothes for the new year, so I did. I wore my new skirt from Romwe, a simple burgundy top from frontrowshop and this really cool coat also from Romwe. We had a casual party so this outfit was perfect!
 I am still feeling a bit weak so I am giving myself a few more days of.
I hope you will have a fabulous year!


A venit si 2014! Simt ca va fi un an foarte bun si abia astept sa incep sa lucrez la proiectele deja programate.
Se zice ca de revelion e bine sa porti ceva nou, ceva rosu asa ca m-am comformat si am urmat traditia. Am ales sa port noua mea fusta si jacheta de la Romwe,iar in partea de sus, o bluza visinie de la frontrowshop.
An tinut o petrecere casual asa ca tinuta s-a potrivit la fix.
Eu inca ma simt putin slabita asa ca mi-am mai dat putin timp liber sa imi revin.

 I just wanted to post a few of my favorite looks  from 2013 and looking back,I see that I juggle with different elements, different styles adapting them . I don't always pick items that look good on me, but I think that experimenting is the only way you could evolve. And when I analize the pictures I can see what is not good and what is, you should try this on your own and I bet you can find your own perfect style!

Am vrut sa postez cateva din tinutele mele preferate de anul trecut si uitandu-ma peste ele imi dau seama ca stilul meu e destul de eclectic, combin diverse elemente de inspiratie diferita. Nu tot timpul aleg elemente care imi stau bine, dar consider ca singurul mod de a evolua este prin a experimenta. Ma uit la fotografii si vad ce nu imi sta bine, ce am ales prost sau ce tinute imi stau bine si cred ca oricine poate face asta. Cred ca pentru a va putea crea o imagine reusita, o varianta foarte la indemana e sa va pozati tinutele dupa care le analizati comaparandu-le intre ele. Ce ziceti? incercati?

Am postat si cel mai recent clip facut cu Kiaari Andreea. Ea a ales de data aceasta un machiaj natural pentru Diana Gabriela care i-a fost model. Va place?

The ultimate shopping list for Spring

 January is the perfect month to start shopping for new items, yes for spring. Sales are up, and you might just find the clasic piece you are looking for, because even between sweaters and fur jacket you could find the perfect bag , all season boots or a cute lace top. So let’s dig in and find the itmes you need.
First, you should have a look at the star color this year, Radian Orchid according to Pantone. Even if you don’t like it, I don’t fancy it myself, you can find an accessory that might look great. I love that box bag with metallic details.
Then how about some shoes? Nude flats that woudl go with basicaly anything? Some flower printed lace up shoes? Or maybe the killer red heels that you always wanted? Perfect for weddings, and all the other parties you are invited to this summer, right? I would go for boots, they are comfy, cool , timeless. Even for hot shorts on summer, but wouldn;t wear them all day.. the heat would kill my feet.
Some basic handbags? They coudl even be on sale from the previous season. Get beige or black and you will never regret the investment.
As for jewelry, this season, I would pick simple items,only one element that would stand out. A cool earring, a simple bangle or a lucky pendant.
And if you don;t already own these three ietms, you should go and get them now
A leather jacket in beige or black, just to be sure you can wear it almost daily.
A simple jersey dress that you would need for a casual outfit and you cand accessorize it to make tons of different ouftits.
And yes, the perfect dark denim jeans. Simple, skinny or straight depending on your body type, simple cut, less stitches  for a flattering look.

BAD Hair Day

 Finally managed to put up a new outfit post on the blog. I am still trying to get back in my old rhythm and it will probably take a few more weeks. While getting these pictures ready, I observed that my hair really grew and I should cut it a bit, so this would be my next step very soon. I will not get it short again, I had that once, don't think I will do it again. 
More plans for this year include going back to gym very very soon and getting the two tattoos that I want. What are your plans?

In sfarsit am reusit sa fac update pe blog cu o noua tinuta. Inca nu am reusit sa revin la ritmul normal si probabil o sa mai dureze cateva saptamani. In timp ce pregateam fotografiile pentru postare mi-am dat seama ca mi-a crescut parul destul de mult si ar fi cazul sa tai din  varfuri, foarte curand chiar. Nu il voi mai tunde scurt, mi-a ajuns  o data, acum il las sa creasca. 
Alte planuri pentru 2014... sa revin la sala cat de curand, si sa imi fac cele doua tatuaje pe care le am de ceva vreme in plan.

BAD cat

 Good times are coming so let's have a little fun! I don't think I am the funniest person around but sometimes I like to play with accessories. So when I saw this cute hat I had to have it. It simple, not that excentric and easy to match. You can get it in several online store and even local. I think this would be quite cute in summer too so I am thinking of ditching the tights and pairing it with shorts , a cool T-shirt and sneakers.


Vin vremuri bune asa ca e cazul sa ne distram putin . Nu cred ca sunt cea mai amuzanta persoana, dar imi place sa fac misto cateodata. Asa ca atunci cand am vazut palaria asta stiam ca va fi o achizitie geniala. E simpla, dar iese in evidenta fara a fi prea excentrica si cred ca e foarte portivita si pentru vara. Am vazut ca se gaseste in mai multe magazine online, dar si local, cred ca in Iulius Mall am vazut una asemanatoare. Deja m-am gandit la vara sa renunt la dresuri si sa o port cu pantaloni scurti, un tricou si tenisi.

 They say winter will be here soon, winter as in snow all around the country  but it wouldn't bother me if we would just skip to spring. 
And because weekends are for relaxation( I will also keep that in mind this year), let's have a fun, relaxing Sunday with our family, friends, pets, anyone that makes us happy because the little things are the ones that really matter.
 I also started a new collaboration, but more on that soon.

La meteo se tot anunta ca vine iarna si la noi, de fapt zapada ca iarna oricum e prin definitie, dar pe mine nu m-ar deranja sa sarim direct in primavara.
Si pentru weekendurile sunt pentru relaxare(voi baga la cap si eu anul asta) eu zic sa ne distram, sa ne relaxam alaturi de familie, de prieteni,de oricine care ne face fericit pentru ca fericirea sta in lucruri marunte.
Am inceput si o noua colaborare, dar mai multe despre asta in curand.

If you are tall and slim, pick a chapel train dress and you will look like a star. Keep in mind the fact that you will have to carry your train the entire day and it might just be a burden.  I was telling you a few days ago that I started a new project, writing for Stylished.ro and here is the first article

Lucky charm

 Today is a very special day, my super daddy turns 54 and we are celebrating the event with a family, close friends party. You probably saw the cake I made on instagram a few hours before. Now I still have to finish the apertizers and then change because I am a messy cook.
This outfit is probably an inventory of my favorite items. My new colorful necklace that I love, the most comfortable knee high  boots, leather shorts , my favorite bag and this green sweater that I think goes well with my complexion.

Azi e o zi speciala, tatal meu face 54 de ani si vom sarbatorii evenimentul printr-o petrecere restransa in familie.  Probabil ati vazut deja tortul pe care l-am pregatit acum cateva pe instagram. Acum mai am de terminat aperitivele si apoi sa ma schimb ca de fiecare data cand gatesc ma murdaresc din cap pana in picioare...trebuie sa imi iau un sort dragut...
Tinuta asta este probabil un mic rezumat a pieselor mele preferate(unele dintre ele) . Noul meu colier colorat, cele mai comfortabile cizme peste genunchi, pantaloni scurti de piele, geanta favorita si puloverul verde care cred ca se potriveste bine cu tenul meu.
Va doresc o seara placuta!

 You probably remember the shooting we had before Christmas, well here are some pictures.
We worked with the beautiful Otilia Ciosa, make-up by Kiaari Andreea, I did the styling and last but not least, Iulia Cazacu in charge of directing the whole thing at our favorite location Zai Apres Cafe.
 I hope you like them.


Ma gandesc ca tineti minte sedinta foto organizata pe ultima suta de metri inainte de Craciun, nu? Am reusit sa adun niste poze(ca altfel nu pot sa spun) sa vi le arat si voua.
Am lucrat cu frumoasa Otilia Ciosa, machiajul asigurat de Kiaari Andreea, stylingul l-am facut eu , iar Iulia Cazacu ne-a adunat pe toti sa facem lucruri frumoase impreuna, un fel de director de platou.

 Hey there, you probably remember our little project with three bloggers from Timisoara, (one got away to Bucharest in the meanwhile). In this post we have Laura from Living in a Shoe. She is wearing a tartan dress custom made  according to the 5 words she gave me. This dress also comes with a leather  belt with embellished with beads, so she can wear it in multiple ways. 
I really love what Kiaari and Anto did for the hair and make-up, she looks really awesome!

Hello dragilor, probabil va amintiti de micul nostru proiect facut impreuna cu 3 bloggerite din Timisoara(intre timp una din ele a fugit la Bucuresti). In postul acesta o avem pe Laura si blogul ei Living in a shoe. Ea poarta o rochie facuta dupa cele 5 indicii pe care mi le-a dat. Rochia are si o curea din piele neagra cu margele aplicate, putand fi purtata astfel in mai multe feluri.
Kiaari si Anto s-au ocupat de machiajul respectiv coafura ei si mie personal imi place maxim ce a iesit, arata fabulos.

Burgundy love

 I really love how this outfit turned out in the end.I wanted to shoot this dress in full snow but  no snow this year(not that I would mind that), so I got another idea of a boho inspired look that would also keep me warm. I bet this dress would be great for an elegant summer party, I will style a more elegant outfit with it and show you how I imagine it. Imi place mult cum a ieist pana la urma tinuta asta. Vroiam sa fac poze in zapada cu rochia asta lunga, cred ca ar fi aratat foarte bine, dar pentru ca nu a nins inca(nu ca m-ar deranja), a trebuit sa schimb ideea. Asa ca am combinat rochia cu un cardigan calduros si o palarie , numa bine ca imi tine si de cald. Cred ca pentru  o petrecere de vara rochia asta s-ar portivi la fix, asa ca voi mai face o tinuta, mai eleganta sa va arat cum mi-o imaginez eu purtata.

Giraffe legs

 I designed these leggings last year for Romwe and had this crazy idea thinking of all the girls that want to be extra skinny, long legged and tall. Yes it is nice but not everybody could be like that, we are different and we should accept this. This doesn;t mean that going on a diet if you are overweight  is a bad thing, just be realistic, you can't change your body shape that easily.
So for all of you that want longer, skinnier legs, you can get them just by wearing these leggings(this sounds like a bag slimming pill commercial)
Fashion is all about having fun!

Am creat aceasta pereche de colanti anul trecut pentru Romwe gandindu-ma la toate fetele obsedate sa slabeasca cat mai mult, sa aiba picioare mai lungi, sa fie mai inalte.  It's been snowing here for a day:| yes, damn it! I hope this won't lastt much because I already hate it.
I have spring on my mind because I found these jeans back in my closet and I really love their cut. I also want to find a dark blue shade that has a similar flare leg, any tips for me?
Of course you noticed my favorite necklace , right? It's so light that I barely remember having it on  but that is not really a problem because it matches almost anything I wear.

La noi ninge de o zi si deja mi-a ajuns, e groaznic si sper ca nu o sa dureze prea mult treaba asta. Eu sunt cu gandul la primavara pentru ca tocmai ce am regasit blugii astia in dulap si ma tot gandesc cu ce tricouri sa ii port. Sunt in cautarea unei perechi de blugi inchisi la culoare in acest gen , poat eimi ziceti si mie daca ati vazut pe undeva.
Ma gandesc ca ati  observat deja lantul meu favorit pe care nu il mai dau jos, de multe ori pentru ca si uit ca il port, asa de usor e, dar asta nu e o problema ca se potriveste cam la orice.

Green bugs on black leather

 On this weather a warm jacket is really important and I love layering because it is very practical, so over a loose jumper all you need is a cool jacket, hooded too. I probably told you before but I am not a fan of blue, except blue jeans. Not sure why but I don't really love that color. I never liked green either until  a few years ago, I think it looks nice with my red hair.


Pe vremea asta o  jacheta calduroasa e obligatorie si pentru ca imi place sa ma imbrac in "straturi" mi se pare practic ca peste un pulover largut sa iau o geaca groasa, daca are gluga si mai bine. Cred ca v-am mai spus acum ceva timp ca nu imi place albastru, mai putin la blugi. Nu stiu de ce , dar nu imi place culoarea, si nici cum imi sta mie cu ea. De fapt nici verde nu mi-a placut, pana acum cativa ani. Acum mi se pare ca da bine si cu parul meu.

 A short review of this past week. got a few new goodies in my closet that I will post soon. Updated the shop with some new items, more coming on the way. Started working on some new designs right in time for Valentine;s day and, yes it;s still cold outside:|

 Last night I got busy trying to reoganise all my stuff, I think I have too many little things that I don't know how to store in order to make things look good too. Still working on that! Un mic rezumat al saptamanii ce tocmai s-a incheiat. Mi-au ajuns cateva colete cu niste chestii foarte misto pe care le voi posta pe blog curand. Am inceput sa lucrez piese dragute si am facut un update la magazin, in curand si alte minunatii. Si da, e inca super frig:|
Azi noapte m-a apucat harnicia si m-am pus sa reoganizez chestiile mici de prin dormitor. Cred ca ma depaseste situatia; am prea multe si nu stiu cum sa le depozitez sa si arate bine. Poate imi dati voi niste idei faine.
